The Guildmaster stood in front of her mother's door, taking a deep breath before knocking.
"Mama?" she calls. "Mama, can I talk to you?"
Lemia answers the door, curious, and putting an arm around her daughter.
"Of course, Mia. Come in. Have some tea with me."
Mia takes a long sip of tea with some relief, but she looks to be on the verge of tears.
"Mia..." Lemia says again, brushing the hair out of Mia's face. "What's wrong?"
Mia held her mother's hand before saying, "I'm pregnant."
Lemia drops the cup and saucer from her other hand and it goes to her mouth, agape in shock.
"Pregnant?" she asks.
The Guildmaster nods before being pulled into a hug.
"Oh, that is wonderful! My dear daughter with a child of her own! But why do you look so distressed about such happy news?"
Mia explains what happened in the library, crying a little as she leans against Lemia.
"Mia, if it wasn't clear to everyone here by now, you are devoted to Draco. You married him and will bear his child in about nine months. What happened between you and Nash in the library is much closer to what happens with the students. Emotions run wild, accidents happen, and everyone ends up feeling more hurt from it than they rightly should. Obviously, it happens to adults sometimes, too, but you did not stay and prolong the incident. What happened wasn't your fault, merely an involuntary reaction resulting from your rapidly changing body. When Draco and Nash take all of this into account, I'm certain all three of you will feel better about the whole thing and can move on to being excited about the baby."
She strokes Mia's hair a little and gives her a kiss on her forehead.
"Draco does know about the baby, yes?"
Mia nods.
"I can't imagine him holding a grudge against you when he has that knowledge."
There's a pause.
"Mama?"
"Yes, dear?"
"What was Papa like?"
A sigh through Lemia's nose.
"I wish I remember. Sometimes it doesn't hurt as much. I remember kindness and warmth. Going on a picnic, perhaps. Sunshine and the smell of grass. I think he liked being outside."
Lemia pats her daughter's head again and gives her another kiss.
After seeing her mother, Mia went to Meribia. Clearing things up with Nash would be good, but she wants to make sure Draco will really take it as well as Lemia implied.

"No, no, put those Lacewing Flies over there."
He then yelled to another assistant, and waved his hand, "No! You can't put that over by Exploding potions, do you want the whole place to go up?"

"Wow, guess you didn't have such a good holiday earlier this month, huh?" another assistant comments.
Meanwhile, Mia ran into Nash, the first time they had met since the library incident.
"Mia, I-"
"Nash, I-"
There's a pause and fumbling hand gestures before Mia finally continues.
"What happened in the library wasn't your fault. Things have kind of been weird lately and I'll be able to explain more later. Right now, I want to make sure things are clear with Draco so he doesn't get mad at you."
Nash nods along before saying, "I didn't mean anything by it, you know."
"I know. I know you didn't. It was just....weird. I guess. I'll explain more later, all right?"
"....all right," Nash replies, blinking in faint confusion as Mia presses on.
But at least he doesn't feel as weird about the whole thing now as he did before. Strange how talking helps, even when only a little is said.
There's a murmur all the way down Black Rose Street as Majesty Mia approaches Dragonlight Potions.

Another assistant ran up to let him know about the Guildmaster imminent arrival.
"All right, finish up all of you!"
He Accioed some hair potion to smooth his hair down. Wishing for something to deal with the growing bald spot near his left temple. Mustering up a smile before he stepped outside the door of his shop.

"Draco, can we talk?" she asks. "Over in the back room of your shop?"

"Of course, darling. This way." He glared his assistants into silence, and touched a seemingly half bottle of growth potion that instead turned to a recessed door which opened to admit them. The spell was specifically keyed to him.
"Here we are." He Accioed some digestive biscuits for Mia as well after leading her to a couple of comfortable chairs that he conjured up in the stockroom. It was obvious he had done some spellwork to expand out more room.

It felt a little weird being back there. She remembers the chairs belonging to Royce before.
She takes one of the biscuits and eats it quicker than she means to, so she takes another to nibble on.
He's being so nice to her and he's probably going to be so upset at what she has to say that she's already starting to sniffle, tears at the corners of her eyes.

"Oi, what's all this then? Everything all right?"

"Draco, there was a little incident in the library. Please, please, understand that it wasn't anyone's fault. But you know how I-"
Mia gestures to her chest.
"-how I've been feeling lately, and today in the library, Nash accidentally brushed against me. He was reaching for a book, he didn't mean anything by it. But however he did it, I-"
There are more tears at this point.
"-liked it, and I didn't mean to like it, my body just reacted on its own. I ran out of there so nothing else could happen. Oh please don't be mad, Draco."

".......I'm sorry? I thought you said they were sore right now?"

Draco dabbed her eyes with the handkerchief, "We'll have them taken out." He was also filing the light brushes away in the back of his mind though.

Nash on the other hand.... that was an entirely different matter.

She peppers his hands with kisses.
"You've been working so hard and you've been thinking so much about the baby and me. I don't know what I would do without you."

"I'm not angry with you."
A chill descended on his voice as he added, "Nash however..." And he straightened up to head out.

Calming down has clearly been thrown out the window.

Uh-oh. The crying is swinging over into pissed off.
Mia stands up, hands clenched, fingernails biting into her palms, but the tears aren't gone from her face.
"Draco Malfoy, if you do anything to hurt Nash, I will suspend you from your duties as Premier. If you should be upset at anyone, you should be upset at me for reacting the way I did."

She sits back down. Standing up too much and being mad didn't feel too good.
"...obligations," she finishes, putting a hand to her head and sniffling.

"You shouldn't punish Nash for the things I do."

She holds his hands again.
"We know what's important. We know that we love each other and I would never want to hurt you. I want you to be happy, you and our baby."
Mia carefully leans on him.

"Wait right there."
He then stuck his head out of the back room to the main floor.
"All right, good work, lads. You can take the rest of the day off."
Once the assistant were shooed out, the sign whisked to closed, and a silencing charm placed on the back room entrance for privacy, that Draco returned back to Mia.
"Now, where were we, my dear?" And he very gently and softly brushed his index finger over her left nipple before kissing her on the mouth and neck.
From:

"You didn't have to close the shop for me, de-"
But that fades into a moan as he continues his work, shifting a little in the chair as he kisses her.
She's happy to have the attention, happier than she thought she would be with how sore she was otherwise. Guess her libido hasn't changed all that much.
Mia cradles Draco's face before kissing the top of his head, then his brow.

There was just a focus on more light touches and brushes along Mia's chest before his hands tried to get under her garments.
"You were saying something, my Mia?"

She flexes against him, her fingers in his hair.
"-don't stop."
Part of her mind vaguely wonders if he'll notice that she is the tiniest of tiny degrees bigger in her abdomen, but she's not really worried about that. Between his apparent desire for a plump wife (judging by how much food he's often prepared for the two of them) and the fact that she's still quite small even like this, she figures he should be fine.
